It is so hard to read the "signals". I would just ask her out to coffee or drinks. Something really casual and chat her up about her performance and other shared interests. See where it goes. Don't do anything dramatic to scare her off but definitely try to make your presence known a little more so that she knows you might be interested. If you have feelings for her you shouldn't ignore them.
